The original sport sandal emerged from the shores of the Grand Canyon back in 1984. Born out of necessity to prevent sandals from floating downstream. In the years following, Teva has retained the same trailblazing spirit of the original founder. Each pair we’ve designed since has been injected with the same pioneering spirit.

Through this campaign we set out to capture some of the many forms of an active lifestyle. Not suppressing the idea to the commonly thought of indoor gym but embracing the different varieties of life.
Collaborating with a brand that speaks a viable and sustainable message is really important to me. 1051 Organic Hydration is a daily mineral beverage that is certified organic, verified non-GMO, kosher and also a B Corporation. Working closely with specialty coffee roasters at origin to capture the process of direct trade and the positive implications it has on the lives of the farmers. By circumnavigating the commodity market, a direct trade model allows farmers and coffee roasters to work face to face which ultimately allows for relationships to thrive and prosper. There are many challenges and roadblocks that specialty coffee roasters go through to procure coffee outside of the market, but by doing so, it creates the potential outcome of receiving higher quality coffee and increasing the quality of life for those farmers.
The Palestinians are the second largest refugee community in the world, at 6.7 million, recently passed by Syria.
Yet, the only time Palestine makes the news is because of a violent clash. No one gives them an identity as a refugee.
I traveled to the West Bank of Palestine to discover what it meant to live in a land under occupation.
A tribe is a self-sufficient social group not associated with any party or state. It’s a family. Living a life with the support of a tribe family, at its fundamental core, is what having a family is all about. Ladies of Tribe Family was focused on the women of Tribe Family. Expressing their innate love for life and for each other. As a pursuant of human rights and equality, the ability to showcase women in their rawest form expresses the strength, beauty, and fragility that we all possess.
Being a creative professional is one of the most exciting jobs. It can take you anywhere. Into your family’s history. Across disputed borders. As an American-Palestinian, I wanted a way to help give humanitarian relief to the people of Palestine. This is where Harvest Peace was born.
Harvest Peace brings Fair Trade olive oil to the US market. This oils origin depends on the labor of marginalized farmers who endure abject poverty and daily injustice on account of military aggression and economic isolation.
My hope with Harvest Peace is to educate consumers on the issues happening in this region while also giving a percentage to replant the million or more trees uprooted or burned down.
